- Dry adhesion after curing (ISO 2409, class 0): maximum adhesion.
- Wet adhesion after immersion for 14 days at room temperature (ISO 2409, class 0): maximum adhesion.
- Anti-corrosion : Compliance with the most stringent corrosion standards:
- Acid Fog (CASS, >250h)
- Neutral Saline Fog (ISO 9227, >500h)
- Chemical resistance : High resistance to hydraulic fluids, fuels, alkaline detergents (ISO 2812-1) and acids (pH 1-14).
- Thermal resistance : From -50°C to +200°C.
- Material Compatibility : Suitable for all paints.
- Hardness : 9H .
- Durability : Minimum 5 years.
Application
- Wiping : Apply the product following the instructions detailed in the “ How to apply FUSIOCOAT ” section.
- Touch dry : Approximately 15 minutes at room temperature (15 – 30°C).
- Hardening : 4 hours at room temperature (15 – 30°C).
- Interview :
- Do not wash the vehicle for 7 days after application.
- Use neutral shampoos and wash by hand .
- To maintain protection, apply FC-OVERCARE ceramic spray maintenance .
